Elliptic is a provider of blockchain analytics and compliance solutions. We support customers globally, including in regulated financial services, by helping them identify and mitigate risk associated with cryptoassets.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Elliptic has taken during the financial year to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
Elliptic is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in its business relationships. We take a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking and child labor in our operations and supply chains, and we expect the same standards from our suppliers and business partners.

We recognize that modern slavery risk can exist in any sector and geography, and we take a risk-based approach to identifying and managing these risks.
Our approach is underpinned by the following internal policies and standards:
Employees attest to compliance with these policies, and we provide training to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks and how to escalate concerns.
We apply risk-based due diligence to suppliers before onboarding and during renewal, proportionate to the vendor’s tier and risk profile. This includes confirming service scope, reviewing relevant evidence and requiring appropriate contractual protections. Our diligence is proportionate and focuses on higher-risk categories (for example, labor-intensive services or higher-risk geographies) while recognizing that risk may evolve over time.
Where appropriate, we require suppliers to commit to compliance with applicable modern slavery laws and to cooperate with reasonable requests for information.
If we identify credible modern slavery concerns in connection with a supplier or partner, we will investigate and take appropriate action. This may include requiring remediation, escalating internally and, where appropriate, terminating the relationship.
We monitor the effectiveness of our approach through risk-based vendor management and periodic reviews, and report relevant metrics to internal governance fora.
