These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ascendant Loot website and the purchase of products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained your parent or guardian's consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product information, images, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time without notice.
Destiny 2 digital products (emblems, Silver, DLC codes, Season Passes) are third-party product keys for use within the Destiny 2 game platform. They are not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Bungie, Inc.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and Twint. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices you will be charged. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted — and a contract is not formed — until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
6. Digital Product Delivery
Digital goods (emblem codes, Silver codes, DLC keys) are delivered electronically to your email address within 2–15 minutes of payment confirmation under normal circumstances. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or due to technical issues beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filters, or other factors outside our control.
7. Physical Product Delivery
Physical merchandise (clothing, figures, collectibles) is shipped via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- Rest of World — 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital products: All sales of digital products (codes, keys, Silver) are final and non-refundable once the code has been delivered to your email, as digital goods cannot be returned once disclosed. Exceptions are made solely where a code is provably invalid or already redeemed at time of delivery — in such cases, we will provide a replacement code or full refund.
Physical products: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, contact us at [email protected]. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds for qualifying returns are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Ascendant Loot Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Destiny®, Destiny 2®, and all related logos and trademarks are the registered trademarks of Bungie, Inc. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Bungie, Inc.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks abuse, or any other deceptive practices.
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendant Loot Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the purchase of products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights.
